MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:

  • Payment Method: A valid credit or debit card is required for all memberships. Monthly dues are automatically billed on the same date each month. Cash is not accepted as payment for memberships.

  • Commitment Term: A minimum of three-month commitment is required. After the initial three months, membership continues month-to-month.

  • Rollover / Grace Window: We understand that life can get busy. If you are unable to attend your monthly facial, your treatment will roll forward and remain available for up to 2 months from the original billing date. You may come twice a month to catch up. A maximum of 2 unused facials can be active at one time. Any treatment not used within the 2-month grace window gently expires. (This structure keeps your self-care consistent while providing flexibility)

  • Missed Appointments / Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Membership services must be used each month. To respect everyone’s time, appointments not used, missed, or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the forfeiture of that session and do not roll over. This keeps your skincare consistent and honors your therapist’s time.

  • Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Freeze Option: Members may freeze their membership once per year for up to 1-2 months for travel or personal needs.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested with 30 days’ notice. Requests made after your billing date apply to the following month.

  • Clients without credit cards: Clients who do not have a card or prefer not to keep a card on file may choose a prepaid 3-month membership, paid in full upfront (Cash, Cash-App, Paypal or Venmo are accepted forms of payment). They’ll receive 3 session credits that must be used within 4 months total, meaning they get a 1-month rollover. This is the structure: The Client purchases 3 sessions upfront. They get 1 extra month to use them (in other words, 3 sessions used within 4 months). After 4 months, any unused sessions gently expire. This provides flexibility, but still supports consistency.

  • Transfer of benefits: To keep your membership flexible, you may transfer one facial to a friend or family member per year. Transfers are limited to one session annually and must be redeemed within the valid rollover period.

  • Pricing Adjustment: Ennovi Spa reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with a 30-day notice.

  • Ennovi Spa Rights: Ennovi Spa reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership at any time should policies be repeatedly violated, payments not be maintained, or if continued membership is not in alignment with the spa’s professional standards.

    By joining an Ennovi Spa membership, you agree to the terms and conditions described above.

FAQ SECTION:

  • What happens if I can’t come in one month? No worries at all - your facial will rol forward and stay active for two full months. You’re welcome to come twice in one month if you need to catch up.

  • Do I lose my facial if I miss a month? Not immediately. You have a 2-month grace window to use each treatment. If it isn’t used within that time, it simply expires.

  • Do I still get charged monthly even if I don’t come? Yes. Memberships bill automatically each month, and your sessions remain available during the 2-month grace period. This structure keeps your pricing consistent and ensures your spot is always open to you.

  • Can I have more than one unused facial at a time? You may hold up to 2 rollover facials at once.

  • What if I don’t have a credit card? You can choose a prepaid 3-month membership, paid upfront. You will receive 3 sessions that must be used within those 3 months, with another month of grace period, for a total of 4 months to use your sessions.

  • Can I pause my membership? Yes - you may freeze your membership once per year for 1-2 months.

  • Can I share my membership with someone else? Yes - you can share one session (one facial service) with someone else once a year.
